To mark its path, it would collect eggs, paint them bright colors so as to stand out against the environment, and place them at strategic locations. Ever since that first successful depredation, it's become something of a ritual for the young Seasonal. Strong note-taking, memory and deduction skills are essential for remembering where eggs are hidden, so who knows - maybe the Blabbit has a future as a detective someday?
